Spring Menus for Memorial Day

The holiday weekend is approaching. I know many of you will be entertaining guests, so I put together some menu ideas to make your life easier—2 dinner menus plus a breakfast buffet—each featuring seasonal recipes from Gathering Flavors. I also created a list of assorted recipes from around the web for traditional and vegetarian burgers, ribs, corn on the cob and selected cocktails.  If you make the Prosecco and Aperol Cocktails from Lottie and Doof, I'll join you. Just tell me when to be there! Adjust quantities based on the number of your guests.
